Here you can keep track of everything you consume. View nutritional
values, vitamin
values, and a calorie
breakdown for today and yesterday, and averages for this
week, last week, this month, last month, this year, and last
year.
Nutrients and vitamin values are color-coded
so you can easily see if you are meeting your government recommended
levels. If you feel the government recommended values are
too general, you
can specify more adequate levels in your personal profile.
Your nutritional profile also allows you to view food items
and ingredients that you
consumed for the previously mentioned time periods.
